  I had my experience with Jaracz.

  As I have written in all my posts, they center on a swindler who has defrauded widows since the early 1980's, still doing it. In the late 1980's [about the same time Wt. article "A Time to Speak When?] in Redding the swindler he syndicated a $4,250,000 unregistered securities swindle. Late 1990's the arson investigator of city fire dept [a JW boyhood friend of my sons] agreed to write a letter to NY [stipulating he was unwilling to involve himself in cong. disputes] dealing with Shasta County Superior Court case #109555. The letter fell on deaf ears, as I had been hammering away on CO's and DO's 'simony' and bribe taking from swindler.

  A few years transpired and there was a embezzlement trial of an associate of JW swindler. The DO at that time Elmer Woodley could not take any time to listen to swindler issue, even though 20 years earlier I spent my time doing a engine change in his personal Suburban. I sent him a letter he did not like. So after his trip to Bethel he called me to the back room with three prominent local elders [one his brother in law]

  First thing out of his mouth was that he went to legal dept. where they told him that they had no fear of me as statute of limitations had run out so they could not be sued. Second thing was that he went to the service dept. where they told him that the "fireman recanted his letter". They WERE going to throw me out! But I had taught DO's brother in law the true meaning of Lev.5:1 as explained in 1987 Wt Sept 1st article "A Time to Speak When?" . And I had some legal precedents dealing with investments and widows. I backed all four of them down and was dismissed with the words from Woodley "to bad I won't make it into Kingdom" i replied "there is always room in the Kingdom for someone who stands up for widows".

  I went to fireman asked if he recanted his letter? He said NO. But was unwilling to involve himself in congregational matters. He said if I wanted to pursue the matter further what I needed to do was hire a CPA to do a forensic audit of the swindle. I did, it cost me $3,800. It has never been read.
  

  In a phone conversation with Barbara Anderson [discussing the RNWT revision of Lev.5:1 the basis for her article "Faulty Decrees Conceal Criminals", I told her I could never figure out why the blatant lie. She chuckled and revealed the guy on Northern Ca. service desk a Merton Campbell [see Randal Waters post on the Red Bluff Ca. molester Henderson 20 miles down the road from me]. The next sentence Barbara asked me "if per chance was I the guy in northern Ca. of whom she remembered while in Bethel who wrote the most offensive letters than anyone in USA to service dept.?" I said bingo.

  Barbara just finished one of the most time consuming research projects of her life "Faulty Decrees Conceal Criminals" and I don't think any of you folks have taken any time to read it. There is an amazing relationship of Ray Franz with the "Faulty Decree" on "informing" per Lev.5:1. It is an important project because of how it relates to the molestation issue. Personally i think it is an embarrassment to the spirit of this site for her work to go unrecognized!

  Barbara did not delve into the Lev.5:1 commentary in "A Time to Speak When ?" that deals with the "cursing man" being a victim of a wrong doing having under Jewish law the legal right to "put forth a call to testify" . That is a very minor usage of "a call to testify" as the major usage would be the magistrate putting forth "a call for testimony". Yet it is this commentary that reveals the slight of hand trick of making the clean man the "cursing man" into the sinner and the sinning "witness" into the clean man. Of which reveals the sept.1 1987 article "A Time to Speak When?" to be a massive deception for the purpose of instituting a "Gestapo" informant culture with in church. But it was the center of my protests as it deals with elders refusing to forward letters of criminal investigation to service dept [see my introductory post on this site].

  I did a post on that deception and it went right over every bodies heads. The only thing any body could see was the black balling of my aunt for revealing medical confidentiality laws. No body could see how the deception of Lev.5:1 was being used to pull the wool over peoples eyes.

  So yes Jaracz had an impact on my life as the lie told that the "fireman recanted his letter" was to big for Campbell so Woodley got it from Campbell's boss Jaracz.

  Enclosed is a letter to the South Redding Calif. Congregation as they made this subject possible back in 1991. I don't expect you to understand it, as you would of had to understand my obsession with Lev.5:1 in all my posts on this site.   South Redding Calif. JW Church Elders

  Bob O’Dell ; The governing Body just got spanked by a little old lady! You actually know of her, Barbara Anderson the person behind the 2002 “Date Line” news story on pedophiles. As she was the one who made public the WTB&TS pedophile files of 20,000 molesters, of which those files are now subject to law suites in San Diego and Montana, to be made public. On her web site “Watchtower Documents. Org she posted “Flawed Decrees Conceal Criminals” which is a revealing of the RNWT 2013 revision of Lev.5:1 as to what is ‘true’ and church policy of informants.

  When the RNWT was released in Oct. 2013 I first sent the explanation of Lev.5:1 according to Wt. 1987 article “A Time to Speak When” about my aunt Sharon to the web site JW Survey to be included in Lloyd Evans article on the “Silver Sword” it went about two pay grades right over his head. About Dec 2013 I sent it to Barbara Anderson and it has taken 4 & a half years to be finally be published. That has been a long 4 1/2 years of looking at the computer 3 or 4 times a day waiting for her to get the project done. BUT the timing has taken on a huge importance as to how it reveals energy moving in the back ground. Barbara has exposed that the WTB&TS policy on Gestapo style informants to be an “apostate” policy, a “Flawed Decree”. Of what is of major importance was WHEN she released the research project!!! The ARC used Deut. 22: 25-27 to prove that the WTB&TS “two witness” policy on molestation’s was pure BS. Evidently last week the church had to send either a Governing body member or rep. to the Netherlands to answer a summons before Parliament or Reps. as to WTB&TS failing to protect the children of Holland. The church is to be brought before Parliament in Great Britain, Belgium, perhaps Finland, they got problems in Spain and Portugal. They got kicked out of Russia not for religious reason but for money reasons, as they changed Russian ownership of Russian church assets and put ownership into US ownership, thus making a legal entity to take money out of Russia from the sale of assets and transfer to USA in violation of Russian law.

  For Barbara to release Lev.5:1 at this point in time is huge! And for the WTB&TS to of cloaked the 2013 revision of Lev.5:1 in silence turns out to bite them in the ass at the worst possible time. A time when they can ill afford to have attention focused on Deut22:25-27, as being “Flawed Decree”!

  And you are the person who made all of this possible by your refusing to forward two letters of criminal investigation pertaining to Shasta County Superior Court case #109555 a $4.250,000 unregistered securities swindle Ray Dale perpetrated on Redding to the WTB&TS Service Dept. for the reason you were terrified of “wolves” Acts 20: 28-30, in 1991.

  Timing, energy flow amazing subjects as to when things hidden come to light and bite the one doing the hiding right in the ass. With the rape and murders of Dennis and Rose Carlson and the Mascarenas’s there is going to be a lot of attention surrounding JW’s in the Redding area as the “El Chapo” trial proceeds. But that wasn’t the only gun action in Mexico dealing with JW’s was it Bob. Your step son Larry had a gun shoved down his throat being given a choice of either buying out Johnny Del Rio or being murdered and planted in the Mexican desert. He came back from Mexico with a sever case of post traumatic stress syndrome but tried to deceive the true source by claiming it was a childhood memory. Evidently no real foul, as from what I understand Larry deserved everything he got for his greedy business dealings, just the chickens coming home to roost. But yet the church Service Dept has kept that quite. So one JW family can have their Mexican branch of the family murder a crooked elder in another JW family, no real problem. But for me to protest the church selling the Word of God to Ray Dale by means of “simony” and “bribe taking” Isa 1:23 they declare all war on me destroy my family and destroy the mental health of my son.

  You got removed from being the PO and a Louisiana inbreed idiot was put in your place as a way for the church to show their displeasure of your part of hiding Larry’s close encounter with a gun barrel. And you realize that when I write those letters to the homes of the publishers what I am really doing is fucking with the Service Dept mind, its a mental chess game. I got Steve D. removed for his indiscretion. I got George Wells removed from being the PO and Dennis’s brother David put in his place for his greed of taking $6,000 City of Redding relocation money, then moving out a black single parent and taking over her cheap rental. Can you imagine what the black women activists of “Black lives matter” and “#me too” would do to the church if they got wind of Georges greed? Ever since Connie left I have written hundreds of letters, some times 2 or 3 a week and every one the intended recipient was the Service Dept not the local publishers. The local publishers ‘grape vine’ was used to spread the info and and create a audience to witness my shutting down the cowardly hearts of Redding elders who either deceived the Service Dept OR in violation of Lev.5:1 as explained in 1987 Wt. “A Time to Speak When?” refused the call to testify to the Service Dept two letters of criminal investigation as to Ray Dale defrauding widows.

  Realize that this letter is not necessarily for just internal church consumption. I burned a friendship with a Superior Court judge in Tehama County writing him a letter centered around the JW shunning policy violating the “Universal Code of Basic Human Rights. And I did know I was treading on dangerous ground as judges are prohibited from involving themselves in such matters. About 6 weeks ago I wrote a letter to Shasta County Mental Health which included the Wt. 1987 article “A TIme to Speak When?” and the LA Times Jim Dart article, as my issue was that church shunning violated civil rights. I got a one sentence reply from the DA’s office stating the matter was a civil matter. In both instances they well realize churchs do wicked things of which the courts stay out of. But those same people close presence to a father beating a church at its own mental game that can make things happen. The judge goes to Grace Baptist on Churn Creek, I met the Pastor Franklin, connections can be made.

  The WTB&TS has a real problem with the Brenda Becker case #149893 as they with malice had Joe Moore and appeals any committee keep that a secret. They have another problem when they lied stating Lauderdale recanted his letter, which resulted in a forensic audit. That is not the kind of stuff any church would want anywhere close to a Superior Court judge.

  The WTB&TS really doesn’t like Barbara Anderson! Now for her to be the one to reveal the truth surrounding the RNWT revision of Lev.5:1, somebody is going to pay! And you are the one responsible for this scandal because of you coward icy of challenging Ray Dale’s position of prominence. All you would of had to do was put those two letters of criminal investigation into a envelope and mail them to the Service Dept. Thus allowing Merton Campbell the opportunity to realized that he was deceived when he had Ray Dale investigate Ray Dale.

  The WTB&TS is not a nice organization, they are not a principled organization, they are crooks. They are stealing your money! Why do you think they are hammering away at the absolute obedience to organization mantra? They are removing as much money as possible out of its adherents. They separated the adherents from the WTB&TS by creating the “Christian Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses” corp. so as to create a separate legal entity thus shielding the WTB&TS from legal liability from actions of elders and to separate bank accounts. The CCJW bank account does not have any money in it and never will as it is siphoned off into the “world wide work” bank account. The church took in over two billion dollars [one billion from Jared Kurshner, Trump’s son in law] from sale of Brooklyn assets, yet that money is missing. It is an impossibility for them to of had that much indebtedness or to of spent two billion dollars. Where did it go? To Argentina! Google Lorenz Reibling You Tube clip in Argentina. Amazing two billion goes missing in Brooklyn but a WTB&TS front man is offering multiple, multi million dollar funding for commercial development in Argentina. The church took over the congregation bank accounts. They restructured Kingdom Hall ownership dedicating all of them to Jehovah aka the WTB&TS. Now they are consolidating congregations into the least desirable KH’s in the community and selling off the higher valued KH’s. They are canceling assembly hall construction and confiscating the bank accounts. They are charging exorbitant rents on Yuba City Hall usage. They are continually harping on the handing over money for the “world wide work”. They are ripping off their own people as they know full well they can’t keep the Armageddon just around the corner BS going for ever. Their molestation judgments are just starting.

  The WTB&TS are NOT “faithful and discrete” they ARE “wicked and evil” as shown by their policies that injure innocent people. They are a “snare and a racket”! But C. Arrasmith deceived them and you refused to warn Merton Campbell that Arrasmith deceived them! They are in a very precarious position mainly because of the Brenda Becker case #149893. Are they going to try and handle it or is it going to handle them? Either way you and every South Redding elder that I assembled in the library in 1991

  Is going to be held accountable for not forwarding two letters of criminal investigation per Wt.1987 article Lev.5:1 commentary.

  A lot of things are coming together all at the same time, resulting in a lot of energy. Me personally I would say Holy Spirit was in the background pulling the strings. But no one listens to me, I am just a fucking apostate. I use foul and uncouth language, challenge church authority, fuck with peoples minds. But Solomon said you have to watch out for people who think outside of the box Eccl.9:13-16. If you knew your Bible you can find Ray Dale, Merton Campbell, Governingthe WTB&TS all mentioned between Eccl.9: 17 and 10: 7 but you have to be pretty sharp. Check with Chris Broom he tried to share those verses with me but I all ready was well aware of what they meant and who they applied to. Yes I think you have a problem with the Holy Spirit. A cowardice problem.

  The story just hit the Redding paper. Amazing the town at the center of the story is 5 days behind the LA Times.

  This should be the catalyst to end a 29 year letter writing campaign centering on a $4.250,000 unregistered securities swindle and how it connects with elder [mentioned in this post, who covered over his step son elder having a gun shoved down his throat in Mexico] who refused to forward two letters of criminal investigation to WTB&TS Service Dept Northern Calif desk person Merton Campbell. Those two letters pertained to a Ray Dale [of whom "Royal Flush Phil" in another post of mine substantiated], has had a 30+ year career in defrauding widows in the JW church.

  If any of you would take the time to Google Ray Dale San Diego, it would take you to this web site. But you would notice the heading is removed and it just starts with my opening words of my first post on this site. That is because this site was used by an investigator to gather information as to Ray's defrauding another widow in Vista Ca. out of $100,000. Evidently Ray was able to use the fact that the information being used against him was derived from a apostate web site hence he was not disfellowshipped in his judicial proceedings a year ago. He at first had his name removed from the heading, then a short time later my name was removed. But evidently he must of been found guilty of swindling the widow as i understand he is to make restitution at $40.00 a month on the hundred thousand swindle.

  So the story of Dennis and Rose will create a lot of energy to work with as i write letters to the homes of publishers tapping into the internal church 'grape vine' that pissed off the church to of included me into their 2013 summer convention talk "Human Apostates" as the apostate who was using a new tactic of sending letters to the homes of the publishers. I also post letters on Kingdom Hall doors per Martin Luther.

  In another post I talked about my #5 son damaged by the 'spiritual abuse' of being separated from his father by church policy of shunning. Currently he is in a protected place provided by county mental health because of a letter i wrote containing the 1987 Wt article "A Time to Speak When" which is at the center of my mental chess match contained in a 29 year letter writing campaign. The letter was sent to the DA's office to which she emailed me stating the civil rights issue of separating families by shunning was "a civil issue not criminal". So if I can do as I say and publicly humiliate the GB there is quite a large audience to play to, which should result in the healing of a 'spiritual abused mind"!

  Crazy a person can hammer away for years on a particular Bible verse, no one listens. But bring in two instances of gun play in Mexico and the mental chess match takes on a whole new light.

  Yes that is me, i don't remember that story, but I am that person. Dennis rented next door to where i still live. The travelers checks mentioned were hidden in Rose's Kotex box. Norm the dad i believe was beaten up by the chief of police. Then I think the chief of police was connected with Quintero. In the paper a year or two ago Quintero was released from prison completing his sentence. I was under the impression Quintero did the killings, so this startling news to me.

  story; Redding elder partners with younger Mexican brother start a cast iron bird cage manufacturing business in Chihuahua. Becomes friends with wealthy bakery business owner. Tells his girls about my boys, of which resulted in two weddings, both failures.

  In time elder starts to force the younger Mexican out of partnership, Mexicans father in law [a saw filer in lumber mill, so he is very smart] tells son in law to tell his folks, who then tell Mexican branch of family. They grab elder in Chihuahua, stick a gun down his throat, tell him he can either buy out the Mexican partner or they will kill him and plant him in the Mexican desert. He buys out Mexican. Comes back with a very serious case of post traumatic stress syndrome, claiming from a accident he witnessed a kid, becomes a pill junkie.

  Mexican's father in law meets me in hardware store, knows the elder created problems for me, so tells me the story. which is confirmed by a Mexican doctor i connected with in Chihuahua and also son who was living in Chihuahua. I use the story in my letter writing campaign attacking the elder's step father who plays a major part in a Lev.5:1 story I have been embroiled in for 27 years. I go after elder for concealing the info that one Mexican JW family arranges to have greedy elder killed yet step father with holds from Service Dept. information about a $4.250M unregistered securities swindle. The main thing i am doing is playing a 'chess game' with Merton Campbell Northern Calif Service Desk [although i did not know his name until three years ago] putting in letters to publishers homes for all to see hypocrisy of elders.

  Service Dept kept the Mexican justice quite and only removed step father elder from being PO and put a idiot in his place. I was pulling the chain of the Service dept guy, he knew it but could not let on, the church grape vine had plenty to talk about, as that was a on going 'chess game' being played out in letters to the publishers homes that drove the church to put the issue into their "Human Apostate" talk of 2013. The same year they revised Lev.5:1 in new RNWT.

  just mind blowing that the church would cover one JW family arranging for the murder of a greedy elder. But probably what happened the Redding branch of the Mexican family just asked the Chihuahua branch to do something and the Chihuahua branch made sure he got the point.   That was Dennis and Rose Carlson from Redding Ca. I forget the names of the other couple, they were from Reno Nev.. The woman's mom lived in Redding. The State Dept. notified the Sheriffs Dept, the Sargent [whom I knew] came to my house as the Carlson's were neighbors, i notified the family.

  The dad Norm went to Guadalajara got beat by chief of police. Came back without any info.

  The drug lord whose house was visited, was released from prison a couple of years ago, completing his sentence.

  I did not know Rose was raped.

  If i remember correct these were the same guys how assonated a Catholic Cardinal or Bishop shooting his car.

  Letters Project - What do I say to my family

  hey my old friends, i figured since this is where we landed when we first fled the watchtower, looking for support, back in '03, maybe i should pop back in and show you my latest project - i see some familiar faces around here.

  i've been working on a website to function as part story, part news.

  my plan is to feature what people are doing to integrate/reintegrate into their community - whether that's remaining in the xjw circles to help others who are leaving, or moving out into the larger social sphere and starting projects, being activists for other causes, etc.

  Letters Huh

  I have written a few, tried to count them but the Windows vista crashed which had most of them, so just a estimate some where over 300. They are the letters that the WTB&TS referred to in the 2013 summer convention talk entitled "Human Apostates" talk.. They said "there is a new tact tic apostates are using, sending letters to the publishers homes" or so as I only heard the quote on this site by two posters. Five of my sons was attending and heard that statement and knew they were talking about their dad.

  The reason they were written to the homes of the publishers was that the church "wall of silence" is penetrated as I was plugging directly into church grape vine. It worked great.

  Evidently they are from out of left field, hard to understand as I have only had one person show any interest in them. Although there was one little point picked up on which got included in a project they were working on. Supposedly they are close to getting done and I think they are going have posting somewhere. So after I get to see the project perhaps you may be interested in some.

  The JW's 2 witness rule applied to Molestation is wrong AND HERE'S WHY

  this is not the first time i've written about this, but with the royal commission happening here in australia, and having fought against the wts on this problem of molestation in the wts over a period of 15 years i feel a need to explain what i found which contradicts what the wts says and the way they handle cases within their society.. i am not going to give the history of my involvement but just state simply why no-one can believe what the wts says ,and we all know the scriptures they use to not handle cases of molestation properly , so here goes , it's not tricky or hard to understand i think, but just use the bible against them (hope this is used at the commission).. i,m using the revised berkely version in plain english here ,.

  the context is law giving in the book of deuteronomy ch 22 : vs 22 - 27. vs 22 "when a man is surprised abed with a married woman,they shall both die ,the man who lay with the woman and the woman too; you shall wipe out the evil from israel.".

  so this is easy to grasp ,man sleeps with married woman ,judged to die -they got caught.. next vs 23- 24 "when a man comes upon a girl in the city, who is a virgin betrothed to another , and he lies with her,24 you shall bring them both to the gate of the city and stone them to death, the girl because she did not cry out, although the city was all about her, and the man because he violated his neighbour's wife.

  i had the meeting yesterday and there it was announced that there will be a new law passed in spain regarding personal data.

  no choice was given to us, we were just told to make sure we hand in our signed permissions before may 18th.

  I wish this situation came about in the mid 1980's when I was an elder and realized Matt.24:34 was headed down the tube in 1984. This would of been a beautiful 'graceful way out', just don't sign and be a elder no more. That would of been sweet.
